A statement was released by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office on Wednesday, Jan 23.

According to the statement, Juice WRLD’s December 8th death was caused by a drug overdose.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office stated that the rapper died from Oxycodone and codeine toxicity and it was unintentional death.

The autopsy also confirms that Anthonys’ death was an accident.

The young rapper who was then 21-year-old passed away after suffering a seizure at the Midway Airport in his hometown.

A Homeland Security officer reportedly administered multiple doses of Narcan—a drug that counteracts the effects of opioid overdoses—to the rapper. Juice WRLD was then transported to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.

Reports gathered claimed that, prior to landing, the recording artist was informed by the pilot that the feds would be searching his plane for drugs and guns.

He reportedly swallowed a number of pills in an attempt to hide the evidence but it turns out to be a deadly Risk.

The authorities were searching Juice WRLD’s luggage for contraband when the rapper began to convulse and seize back in December.

The search uncovered lots of drugs and ammunition carried by the rapper and his Gang.

Juice WRLD was open about his drug use, particularly lean, in interviews and his music.
