It’s been over a month since the tragic passing of 1/3 of the music group “Migos” Takeoff was tragically murdered in an altercation, since then, there’s been an active investigation and suspects have been nabbed, the alleged murderer has his bond set at $2m if he intends not to spend the entirety of his trial from jail.
The court believes Clark is at flight risk. It was discovered that he applied for an expedited passport soon after the shooting occurred outside Houston’s 810 Billiards and Bowling Alley and he said he was going to Mexico. When authorities arrested him, he possessed a large amount of cash on his person and carried his passport.
Even if he does manage to meet the financial requirement of said bond, he won’t be out as a completely free man as there’s other conditions like the suspect will be under 24-hour house arrest, electronic monitoring, no firearms, illegal drugs, or alcohol, and no contacting the victim’s family.
A Recorded footage shows Clark firing a gun outside the establishment with a bottle of wine in his hand. Also, another camera and angle filmed him getting into a getaway car with said weapon.
Take tragically passed on the first of November alongside two other bystanders.Even though he did not exhibit confrontational behavior during the altercation and was only at the wrong place at the wrong time, He couldn’t survive the multiple bullet wounds he got.
