J. Cole & J-Hope team up for new song “On The Street”
J. Cole is arguably one of the best rappers to have ever touched a microphone and he shows just how versatile he is as in the last few years, he has given out some of the best verses of his career on features which has helped so many rappers. BTS member J-Hope is the latest beneficiary as the two artists come together for their new single “On the street.”
J-Hope shows how much love & respect he has for the north Carolina Mc, in an interview with disney+ he said “In a way that after I started to make music, I guess his music motivated me like. ‘I should make my music in a certain way,” he also added “As I started making my music, he was my muse; and I still do respect him. He’s one of the artists that I hope to work with,” Last year the band dropped their album Proof album which had the hit song “Born Singer” a reference to J. Coles classic “Born Sinner.”
On “On the street” J. Cole & J-Hope put together a classic, BigHit (J-Hope’s Label) announced that the single was coming alongside the visuals and also said “J-Hope wrote the track to share his candid feelings toward his fans.”
