KARRAHBOOO Denies Lil Yachty's Claims of Writing Her Songs

KARRAHBOOO finally addressed Lil Yachty’s claims of writing all her songs. The former ‘Concrete Boys’ artist has called capped on ghostwriting claims and asked him to refrain from mentioning her in future online feuds.

Lil Yachty emotions ran high during an Instagram Live while addressing conspiracy theories about him mistreating his former signee, KARRAHBOOO. He highlighted that he was actually protecting her from being labeled as rude and disrespectful.

Further into the discussion, he made a bold claim, stating that he was the mastermind behind KARRAHBOOO’s entire discography, including her standout verse on their collaborative “On The Radar” freestyle, which served as a launching pad for her rapid rise to fame.

However, KARRAH quickly debunked this assertion, pointing to two of her most successful tracks on Apple Music and openly challenging Yachty to take credit for writing them, essentially calling his bluff and implying that he had no involvement in their creation.

Lil Yachty intensified his rant by expressing frustration with KARRAHBOOO’s attitude, claiming she owes nearly $1 million and will struggle to recover without his creative guidance and stylistic input, which he believes are essential to her music and artistic identity.

In contrast to his recent outburst, Lil Yachty’s tone was notably different when KARRAHBOOO initially left the group, as he stated during an Instagram Live session, “I have nothing bad to say. Nothing negative to say about KARRAH. I wish her the best in her career, that’s pretty much it. I don’t have anything bad to say … or anything good to say.”

The conversation followed closely after the Broccoli City Festival in D.C., where KARRAHBOOO was noticeably missing from the Concrete Boys’ lineup. The group’s setlist also surprisingly excluded “RIP FOLLIES,” a fan-favorite track that has become synonymous with their Hip Hop sound.

Since parting ways with the group, KARRAHBOOO has yet to drop a solo single; however, she is gearing up to join Latto’s headlining tour alongside Mariah the Scientist as a special guest. Additionally, she has severed social media ties with her former group members and is no longer featured on the Concrete Boys’ Instagram page, further solidifying their separation.
